Delete your Gana account

You can permanently delete your signed-in account inside the app. You can also delete the private content attached to an anonymous saved preview without creating an account.

Signed-in account

  1. Open Gana and choose Account.
  2. Open Settings, then Account.
  3. Choose Delete account, read the deletion summary, and confirm.
  4. Wait for Gana to confirm server deletion before closing the app.

Gana removes the account, retained song content, hosted share links, unused credits, and that account’s songs stored inside Gana on the device. Copies you exported to Files or another app remain outside Gana and must be removed there.

Deleting Gana does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Use Gana’s subscription-management screen or Apple’s subscription settings to stop renewal. If you return during an active paid period, sign in with the same method and use Restore Purchases.

If you used Sign in with Apple, Gana disconnects that authorization separately and retries with Apple for up to seven days without delaying account deletion. If Gana still appears afterward, open iPhone Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → Gana, then tap Delete.

Anonymous saved concept

Open Settings → Privacy & data → Delete saved concept. Gana removes the saved preview audio, its private 30-second source clip, and limited lyrics. A content-free one-preview-used record remains so deleting content cannot reset the free-preview offer.
