Because generative models compose fresh on every run, the full performance is created separately from the same confirmed brief rather than stretched out of the preview audio. The story, style, and names carry over; melody, vocal, timing, and arrangement can vary. The concept exists to prove the direction before you commit.

Your confirmed brief is processed on Gana’s backend and performed by Google’s Gemini and Lyria models, with the transfer limited to the minimum content the song needs. The output is synthesized fresh from your written direction, not assembled from stored fragments of existing recordings. The privacy policy documents exactly what is sent and what is kept.

You keep whatever rights you already have in the text you submit. A purchase unlocks the product features shown at checkout — such as the full render, MP3 export, and hosted sharing — but it does not by itself guarantee copyright, exclusivity, or a commercial-use license, because the law on AI-generated music remains unsettled and provider terms can change. Until rights are expressly confirmed, use generated songs personally and do not rely on them for monetized or client work.

Yes — the lyric language is part of the brief. The six public recordings include songs in English, a bachata sung in Spanish, and a Hindi-English wedding floor-filler, and mixing languages deliberately — Hindi verses with an English chorus, for example — is a directable choice.

No — Gana declines both requests by design. Instead, describe the attributes you love: the warmth of the vocal, the space in the drums, the era of the guitar sound. The model works from musical language and performs an original song with those traits.

Finished songs live in your library and travel only by a share link you deliberately create. The link is unlisted rather than access-controlled — anyone with it can listen or forward it until you revoke it — and revoking is always yours to do. Nothing you make is posted publicly by default.

Yes. MP3 export comes with a purchased full render, and files you export to the Files app or another app live outside Gana and stay with you. The preview concept stays replayable inside Gana.

All payments go through Apple, so refunds do too: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. No app can issue Apple refunds itself. If a bug ate credits or a song failed to deliver, email support@trygana.app and we restore the credits directly.

Both live in Gana Settings: Privacy & data → Delete saved concept for the anonymous preview, and Account → Delete account for a signed-in account. Deletion removes account content, contact data, unused consumable credits, and that account’s songs stored inside Gana; Apple billing is separate, so an active subscription is cancelled with Apple.
